The old saying goes a picture is worth a thousand words, which makes me wonder what numbers are worth. There’s a lot I could say today and a lot many people out there will say. Simple but thought-provoking. Good post, Charity.
I think that in addition to remembering those lost, we all ought to do something really enjoyable today, enjoy our lives and enjoy the things those unfortunate 9/11 victims aren't able to.

I can't watch any of the TV coverage of the anniversary. Won't go to the movies. It still hurts too much.
I didn't know anyone who was lost that day, but that hardly matters, does it? We all lost brothers and sisters, mothers and fathers, wives and husbands. Children.
